SAMSON+ (NEPTUNE)
The new generation cooling/heating forcing system is designed as laboratory equipment to validate Si components within a temperature range of -60 ºC up to +150 ºC, with a cooling/heating envelope of 350W@-40ºC, 1200W@0ºC, and 1200W@140 ºC. The Samson+ system supports rack dimensions of 50 x 25 x 35 cm and requires a standard 208–230V 50Hz, 230V 60Hz, or 3 phase 440V 50/60Hz power outlet. Samson liquid cooling requires an additional chiller with a flow rate range of 2.0–3.5 liters per minute @15 ºC (+/- 2 ºC). Total cooling system efficiency is approximately 55%.
