The DTC is a thermal solution that controls the temperature of a working PCB in a small chamber and maintains temperature and airflow between -35 ºC and 80 ºC.
The DTC is designed as laboratory equipment to control the temperature of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) in a small chamber, maintaining a temperature range between 0 ºC and 100 ºC.
The system uses standard commercial R-134A refrigerant for cooling and power Si devices for heating.
The Mini Chamber consists of two main components:

| Cooling power | 80W @ -30°C, 100W @ 0°C, 200W @ 80°C |
|---|---|
| Temperature range | -35°C to 80°C |
| Total size of the chamber | 220 × 350 × 430 mm or 710 × 610 × 24 mm |
| Refrigerant | R452A – complies with CA state GWP regulation (2020) |
| Input Voltage | Air Purge & Heaters |
| Temperature change rate Bidirectional interface | 150°C (OTCB) |
| Moisture/water collection | Every 24 hours |
| Umbilical length of cooling hose | 2.5 meters (between control box & thermal head) |
| Remote communication | Modbus TCP/UDP Protocols |
| Air flow control | 60–900 LFM |
| Stepping built-in option | Temperature, time & airflow control |
