The LiDAR/Radar Thermal Forcing System is based on the Samson Cooling Engine and customized to the specific dimensions of any LiDAR/Radar unit. It is designed to be used as laboratory equipment to validate LiDAR/Radar boxes within a temperature range of -40 ºC up to +125 ºC, with a cooling and heating envelope of 150W at -40 ºC and 650W at 0 ºC. The system can be optionally mounted on a gimbal with rotation capability and also has the capability to be mounted on a vehicle, with hose lengths of up to 5 meters. Samson air cooling requires only a standard 208–230V 50Hz or 110–130V 60Hz power outlet.
